Introduction

These Terms of Use for all Users govern your use of ForFansOnly and your agreement with us.

 

Interpretation

In the Terms of Service:

a. We refer to our website as "ForFansOnly", including when accessed via the URL [https://forfansonly.com/];

b. References to "we", "our", "us" are references to ForFansOnly LLC, the operator of ForFansOnly;

c. "Content" means any material uploaded to ForFansOnly by any User (whether a Creator or a Fan), including photos, videos, audio (e.g., music and sounds), livestream material, data, text (e.g., comments and hashtags), metadata, images, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes, and any other material whatsoever;

d. "Creator" means a User who has set up their ForFansOnly account to post Content on ForFansOnly to be viewed by other Users;

e. "Fan" means a User who follows a Creator and is able to view the Creator's Content;

f. "Fan/Creator Transaction" means any transaction between a Fan and a Creator on ForFansOnly by which access is granted to the Creator's Content, including:
i. A Subscription;
ii. Payments made by a Fan to view pay-per-view Content (media or livestream);
iii. Tips or other fan interactions.

g. "Fan Payment" means any and all payments made by a Fan to a Creator in connection with a Fan/Creator Transaction or as a tip for a Creator;

h. "Subscription" means a Fan's subscription to a Creator's account (whether paid or unpaid, and for any duration such as one month or a bundled period);

i. "Terms of Service" (also called "your agreement with us") refers to the legally binding agreement between you and us, including:
i. These Terms of Use;
ii. Privacy Policy; and
iii. Acceptable Use Policy.

j. "User" means any user of ForFansOnly, whether a Creator, a Fan, or both (also referred to as "you" or "your").

How We May Change the Terms of Use

We may change any part of the Terms of Use without prior notice in certain situations, including:

a. To reflect changes in laws and regulatory requirements that apply to ForFansOnly, especially when such changes require immediate action; and

b. To address urgent concerns such as fraud, malware, spam, data breaches, or other cybersecurity risks.

For other changes, we will provide reasonable notice via email or on ForFansOnly. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your agreement with us. Continued use of ForFansOnly after updates means you accept the revised Terms of Service.
