Earnings and Payouts

Introduction

These terms govern the earnings and payouts process for Creators using ForFansOnly. By creating and maintaining a Creator account, you agree to these terms as part of our Terms of Service.

Earnings Split

ForFansOnly operates on an 80/20 revenue split. As a Creator:

  • You retain 80% of all payments made by your Fans (subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, etc.).
  • ForFansOnly retains 20% as a platform fee for providing the tools, technology, and services to manage your account and interactions with Fans.

Payout Eligibility

To be eligible for payouts, you must:

  1. Verify your identity by uploading a valid government-issued ID.
  2. Add a valid bank account or payout method in the Payout Settings section of your profile.
  3. Meet the minimum payout threshold for your region.

Payout Process

  1. Earnings Updates

    • Your earnings will appear in your ForFansOnly Balance once payments from Fans are processed.
    • Earnings are subject to a brief processing period to ensure payment validity.

  2. Payout Schedule

    • Payouts are processed weekly or monthly, depending on your selected payout option.
    • The cutoff for weekly payouts is every [Insert Day/Time]; amounts earned after this time will roll over to the next payout cycle.

  3. Minimum Payout Amount

    • The minimum payout threshold varies based on your payout method and location. Refer to the Payout Settings for specific details.

  4. Currency

    • Payouts are made in [Insert Currency]. Exchange rates and conversion fees, if applicable, are determined by your payout provider and may vary.

  5. Fees

    • ForFansOnly does not charge additional fees for payouts beyond the 20% platform fee. However, third-party payout providers may charge transfer or conversion fees, which are the Creator’s responsibility.

Chargebacks and Refunds

  1. Chargebacks

    • If a Fan disputes a payment, resulting in a chargeback, the disputed amount will be deducted from your earnings.
    • ForFansOnly reserves the right to investigate chargebacks and take appropriate actions.

  2. Refunds

    • Refunds are generally not issued without valid cause. If a refund is granted, it will be deducted from your earnings.

Circumstances Affecting Payouts

  1. Withheld Earnings

    • Earnings may be withheld temporarily if:
      • There is suspected fraud or illegal activity.
      • You breach any part of the Terms of Service.
      • A Fan initiates a chargeback or disputes a payment.

  2. Forfeiture of Earnings

    • Earnings may be forfeited if investigations confirm fraudulent or prohibited activities, or if you repeatedly violate the Terms of Service.

  3. Payout Method Issues

    • If your payout method is invalid or rejected, you will be notified to update it. Payouts will resume once the issue is resolved.

Taxes and Compliance

  1. Tax Responsibility

    • You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings, based on the laws of your jurisdiction.

  2. Tax Documentation

    • ForFansOnly may require tax documentation (e.g., W-9, W-8BEN) to comply with local tax regulations.

Disputes and Resolutions

  1. Dispute Resolution

    • For any discrepancies in your earnings or payouts, contact ForFansOnly support at [Insert Contact Email/Link].

  2. Timeframe for Claims

    • Any claim regarding earnings or payouts must be submitted within 30 days of the payout date. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
